卸载Github后重新安装，报以下异常

这个应该是和 kagent 服务有关

而且上面的报错看起来和数据库、内存也有关系。

卸载的操作：
gitlab-ctl cleanse
find / -name gitlab (删除 gitlab 相关的目录)，如下
rm -rf /var/log/gitlab /var/opt/gitlab /opt/gitlab /etc/gitlab

最后 reboot 机器，重新安装
