gitlab项目迁移，webhooks报500错误

gitlab迁移服务器后，发现 webhook 页面访问报 500，其他没有部署过webhook的项目是正常可以打开的

日志是这个错误日志。

我在迁移时，把链接IP从原来的 127.0.0.1:8055 改为192.168.40.222:8055(配置的静态IP)，就报如上错误，
