gitlab管理中心-通用设置保存失败

通用内的所有内容保存即报500错误，包括导入导出设置，超时时间设置等。修改完后保存等30秒左右页面报出500错误，查看日志报错：

ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid (PG::ConnectionBad: PQconsumeInput() FATAL: terminating connection due to idle-in-transaction timeout server closed the connection unexpectedly This probably means the server terminated abnormally before or while processing the request. 使用的结构为docker+gitlab极狐17版本，安装后未修改其他配置及pgsql的配置，目前项目群组角色等已建20+个，暂未发现其他异常。

ps：按照网上指引按项目清除token值的方法无效。
