Centos7下安装17.5.0后502问题

在Centos7环境下，安装17.5.0版本，修改 `external_url`后启动服务，在浏览器中输入IP后提示502。

然后回归全部安装过程，发现reconfigure过程中有一处错误提示：

There was an error running gitlab-ctl reconfigure:
file[/etc/systemd/system/default.target.wants/gitlab-runsvdir.service] (package::runit_systemd line 42) had an error: Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory @ rb_check_realpath_internal - /etc/systemd/system/default.target.wants/gitlab-runsvdir.service
通过查找，发现gitlab-runsvdir.service并不存在。

同时发现git的CPU占用率超过90%（甚至超过99%）。
查看unicorn日志，发现一直在重试加载unicorn master，如下：

哪位大佬帮忙解决一下，在此多谢！！！！

经过排查，发现是PG服务无法正常启动（9.2建的数据文件无被14【具体是多少忘记了】兼容）。
将以前安装的彻底卸载，rm所有应用目录，重新安装。安装后启动无反应：
[root@server-lotb reconfigure]# gitlab-ctl status
[root@server-lotb reconfigure]# gitlab-ctl start
[root@server-lotb reconfigure]# sudo gitlab-ctl stop
[root@server-lotb reconfigure]# sudo gitlab-ctl start

看报错应该是安装后没有执行reconfigure，在安装完成后，需要先执行下gitlab-ctl reconfigure
